Who will be cleaning my house?
Before our house cleaners enter your home, they must be screened, bonded, insured, and exhaustively trained. Furthermore, you’ll always get the same cleaning team every time we visit your home.
How can I communicate my cleaning needs?
To ensure our customers’ homes are cleaned to their satisfaction, we encourage them to communicate their needs and concerns to us. Please call us at 704.774.8019 if you have any question or concern about our cleaning services.
What should I do before my house cleaning service?
Before your house cleaning service, we recommend you to pick up toys and clothes, place pets in a comfortable area, and leave clean sheets if our cleaners need to make up beds.
Do I have to be home during a cleaning?
No, you don’t need to be home during your cleaning service. If you can’t be home during a cleaning, please make sure someone else is at home to allow our cleaners in. Alternatively, you can provide us a key or code to your home, which we’ll store safely.
At what time will the cleaning team arrive?
Piedmont Maids can’t guarantee a specific time of arrival because all homes are different and we must take the necessary time to properly clean them. However, our cleaners will arrive to your home from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Saturday.
In Case something gets broken, who will be responsible for the repairs?
Our house cleaners are trained to provide safe cleaning services. However, accidents can happen. In the event that something gets broken in your home, by any of our house cleaners, during the cleaning, Piedmont Maids will try to repair it. If the item cannot be repaired, Piedmont Maids will replace it.
Who is responsible for workers’ compensation insurance and employment taxes?
Piedmont Maids is responsible for insuring, bonding, and provide workers’ compensation to all of its house cleaners. Furthermore, Piedmont maids and its employees are responsible for paying employment taxes.
Is there anything Piedmont Maids cleaners won’t clean?
Piedmont Maids cleaners are not authorized to clean the following items and areas of your home:
- Dishes
- Bodily secretions
- Pet secretions
- Areas under objects weighting more than 25 pounds and which cannot be slided
- Outside surfaces of your home, including windows
Who provides the cleaning supplies and equipment?
Piedmont Maids will furnish all cleaning supplies and equipment to safely and adequately perform house cleaning services.
Are cleanings rescheduled during holidays?
In the event that your cleaning falls on a holiday, Piedmont Maids will contact you one week in advance to reschedule your cleaning.
When and how can I pay for residential cleaning services?
All payments are due at the time of service. We accept cash and checks. All checks must be written to Piedmont Maids, LLC.
