• Pick up toys and clothes
• Find a suitable area to maintain pets during the cleaning
• Put out clean sheets if our cleaners are to make up beds
• Notify the house cleaners of any special cleaning arrangements

What To Anticipate Before A House Cleaning

Before a house cleaning begins, we must know how our home cleaners will access your home.  Most of our customers are not home during the cleanings.  For this reason, they either give us a key to their home or ensure someone is home to allow the our maids into their homes.  If you opt to give us a key, we will assign a code to it and keep it in a safe supervised by our house cleaning managers.

Before a house cleaning begins, we also recommend our customers to indicate to our home cleaners of any special indication.  If you need to reschedule a cleaning, we require that you notify us 24 hours in advance.

What We Do During House cleanings

During a house cleaning, our screened and extensively trained home cleaners will perform all the necessary activities to leave your home spotless.  They will happily clean around you if you are present.  We cannot guarantee a specific time at which our maids will arrive.  This is because each home is different and requires different amounts of time to properly clean them.  However, they can arrive any time from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.  We accept cash, checks,  and credit cards.  Payments are due at time of services.

What Happens After A House Cleaning

After a house cleaning, we will contact you to ensure that your house cleaning service meets your expectations.  If for any reason you are not completely happy with your service, please contact us and we will return to your home to re-clean any area that was not cleaned to your satisfaction.
